Sea Bubbles, Above The Waves

Sea Bubbles" are little flying taxi-boats designed for river or coastal cities. These electrically-powered vehicles hover 50 cm above the water thanks to submerged skids. Tests have been carried out on the river Seine in Paris and several European cities have expressed an interest in these little boats.
