Two driverless shuttles with no pedals or steering wheel have been launched on the University of Lille campus. They are part of a test run by the European Metropolis of Lille in northern France to promote sustainable mobility. An “operator” is still on board to keep an eye on obstacles, but the vehicles will eventually be fully autonomous. Duration: 53 seconds.
